Returns & Refunds


Orders once placed at cannot be cancelled.


You can return the product to us within 10 days of purchase. We accept returns only if you have received a defective item or a wrong product as of now. We do not accept normal returns. If you need an exchange of same product which has been returned as said above, then we will arrange for a replacement only if the same product is available in stock. Or else we will Refund the order amount to your bank account. In returns, the goods should be in its original packing condition as received along with all the accessories (clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. Make sure you send the original invoice as well the “proof of dispatch” issued by our logistics partner for processing the Refund.


All refunds will be directly credited into your bank account associated with the debit card, credit card or net banking account used for online purchase at Else if you have ordered using cash on delivery then please contact our customer care and provide your bank details to provide refund. Refund amount may take 2 to 10 days to get credited in your bank account from the date of refund approval.
